Group Fitness -
Yoga Fusion -
Water Aerobics -
Zumba - Tuesdays 10am & Zumba Tone Fridays 10am Instructor - Rosie $5 Fee
Rosie's energetic personality gets you dancing to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music. Class feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world.
The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers that you might see in a nightclub. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Working up a sweat in this 60 minute class burns on an average of 369 calories.
Bring water, and a hand towel. Wear loose comfortable clothing you can move in. You must wear shoes in class. Recommended footwear is a low tread sport or Zumba shoe that easily slides. Fridays bring light hand weights.
