Each property has a large concrete pad next to a stunning casita, uniquely designed and decorated, with full amenities such as heating, air conditioning, fireplace and chef’s kitchen. With a garage fronting the street, each casita opens to a generous patio overlooking a lake. Many properties have pools, spas, outdoor kitchens, barbeque complexes, and fire pits that invite entertaining. Lush desert gardens and tall hedges create privacy on each side of the casita. The landscaped and grassy common area and a lagoon punctuated with verdant islands and fountains provide privacy from your neighbors on the opposite side of the lagoon.

Activities are numerous, both spontaneous and organized. Residents enjoy off-road caravans and cruising on motorcycles, bicycles, and lovingly restored classic cars, cards and games at the clubhouse, community pot lucks, and day trips to visit interesting attractions around the desert. There also is a broad variety of organized physical activities such as water aerobics, boot camp, Zumba, yoga, and golfing, and lots of opportunity for friendly competition on the tennis and bocce courts. Large themed events are held several times each season including holiday parties, live music, dinner and dancing, barbecues, progressive dinners, and casino nights. And there are always enthusiastic residents creating new activities that catch on and become recurring events.
